From the parking area a flight of approximately 60 steps lead to the property entrance.
A level terrace with seating surrounds three sides of the property with a Cocktail Patio offering stunning views over the Town to the Estuary and Snapes Point.
A spacious hallway with plenty of room for shoes and coats leads to a light and airy dual aspect living-dining room with comfortable sofa, easy chairs, cosy gas fire and a flat screen digital TV.
A pleasant dining area in front of the large picture window takes in the amazing views during dinner!
The modern kitchen is well fitted with a four-ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a small breakfast bar. A door takes you out on to the terrace.
There are two bedrooms, both with blackout blinds.
The master bedroom has a King-size bed, and a good-sized, twin second bedroom with two single beds. Modern family bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c., shaver point and light.
Outside, a level terrace surrounds three sides of the property with a flight of steps leading up to a very pleasant decked area with table and chairs, and stunning views across to Snapes Point.
From this area further steps lead up to a gate and direct access to/from Onslow Road.

Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away.
Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens.
The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.
