Upon entering, an elegant hallway takes the lead, sweeping over to a cloakroom and a family shower room with a walk-in shower.

Next you will arrive at a twin bedroom, knitted together with overhead storage space, and a mirrored wardrobe. A street view lies to the outside. Moving round, the king-size bedroom features a large bay window that invites the light in. A well-equipped kitchen holds everything you need for dinner time preparation, so you can feel right at home.

This flows round to a conservatory containing a dining area, which opens out to the wonderful garden. To the other side, you can wander into the sitting room, hosting large sofas, a wall mounted TV, and an inviting gas fire. Step outside to the lawned area, or relax on the patio with a glass of wine next to the delightful blue summerhouse.

The Preston area itself has an array of local independent shops, a long sandy beach with characterful beach huts and is very close to the South West coast path. The town of Paignton makes a base for exploring the English Riviera and its attractions, featuring a renowned zoo, sea life centre and Occombe Farm.
