This charming village, which is located across the Tamar River, has a play area for kids and a tavern that serves real ales. With several wonderful walking and cycling routes, this is a great base for exploring the neighbourhood. The nearby town of Holsworthy has a lot to offer, including a tennis court, swimming pool, and beautiful park with a bowling alley.
The market square is surrounded by a wide variety of historic stores, bars, and cafés in the town centre. A little farther away is the well-known seaside town of Bude, which offers something for everyone: wonderful beaches for lounging and making sandcastles, rockpools to explore at low tide, and cafes from which to take it all in.
