Facing lovely woodland around the River Lyn, it is friendly accommodation for families or adults to explore the area. You can either head up twenty steps from the parking area to your front door or use the level access from the road.

Inside, through the hall, you will be greeted by the smart oak-floored sitting room with its French windows opening to a patio. The big kitchen is a lovely place to cook whilst you watch TV and then enjoy meals around the central table. Stairs lead up to the three welcoming bedrooms, one en suite and two with TVs.

The lawned garden separates the house from the road, and you also have a big patio to one side for sitting peacefully sheltered by woods and flowers. This is wonderful walking, cycling and mountain biking country, or you can enjoy a ride from the local stables. A path by the river leads to a pub in a mile, or head to Lynton and Lynmouth for pubs and restaurants and a ride on the funicular railway.

This is a homely and welcoming house for exploring the area at any time of year.
